Software Management, and its partners at TechZone, seek to make the purchase of software and perhiperials as easy as possible. Software Management, through its many connections both on and off campus seeks to:
- Act as an intermediary between Illinois State and third party software vendors
- Raise awareness on the topics of software licensing and copyright law
- Provide excellent pricing to University departments through volume purchasing and other contracts
- Enhance communication between departments in the areas of software usage and standards
- Seek out new avenues for purchasing as well as support current avenues
