LOGIN INFORMATION:
When logging on to the store, please add adilstu\ prior to your ULID. For example, if your ULID is reggie, then your login ID will be adilstu\reggie. Ifyou have questions about this change, or have problems logging on, please contact Software Management at (309)438-8334.

The Software Management store is designed for use by University Departments for university-owned computers, and requires a Datatel account number to check out. If you would like to purchase software, but do not meet these criteria, please contact TechZone.

Pricing & Purchasing - EULA

Prior to entering into the purchasing process, the Software Management office requires that you agree to the following end-user license agreement ("EULA").

• Subject to the provisions below, EMPLOYEE may use copyrighted microcomputer software* which Illinois State University has provided in accordance with its agreement with the vendor(s).
• EMPLOYEE acknowledges that the software product(s) is/are copyrighted and that the vendor(s) retain all title and ownership rights to it/them. EMPLOYEE agrees not to copy or permit others to copy software in whole or in part except for neccessary archival or backup copies.
• EMPLOYEE agrees to use the software under this agreement only on microcomputer(s) which are owned or leased by Illinois State University. EMPLOYEE further agrees that the software must remain under EMPLOYEE's control, and that resale or other transfer is explicitly prohibited.
• EMPLOYEE agrees to use software only for EMPLOYEE's or Illinois State University's own data processing requirements and not for commercial time-sharing, rental or service bureau use.
• EMPLOYEE agrees not to create, or to attempt to create, or to permit or help others to create the source code for software furnished under this agreement. EMPLOYEE agrees not to reverse-engineer or decompile VENDOR's products.
